WEB SYSTEM ARCHITECT:  Worked on an internal Performance Reporting System for a major Long Distance Company. The platforms included UNIX/ALPHA servers and NT/Intel workstations using Sybase DataBase.  Worked with users to develop requirement specification.  Documented object oriented (OO) design using Rational Rose.

WEB DEVELOPER:  Wrote and delivered web based network performance reports to dispatch technicians. Used CSS layers, Dynamic HTML, JavaScript and CGI scripts to create dynamic forms.  Performed form validation on client side with JavaScript.  Implemented Server-Side application and database functions with JavaScript & C++. C DEVELOPER: Developed and maintained a VAX/VMS C diagnostic subsystem, "Self Monitor", in support of a mission critical application.  Self-Monitor watched for events and thresholds that triggered logging, paging and reporting based upon severity.  Used system services for application building blocks.

SOFTWARE INTEGRATION TECHNICIAN: Assembled software components, documentation, installation procedures and release notes into a "Shrink Wrapped" deliverable product under minimal direction.  Provided on-site customer support for the installation, configuration and training of new release functionality.  Coordinated software development, test and user community release cycles.   Negotiated Service Level Agreement with support organizations that saved over $100,000 in license fees.
