Zina Products Zina Products, I love the way this design turned out. It is very modern and presents a great look for a New York company that operates internationally. Zina has a whole family of web sites and the project goal was to tie the sites together while giving them each a unique identity.
Your Electronic Life Style

Your Electronic LifeStyle was a real challange. The client brought the logo and artwork and said build a web site around it. 1 Tough Job!! The colors were really over bearing and would be to much to include on each page. So we used a black bar on top to ground the colors and then used 1 color from the logo on each sections page. The carried this color theme into the navigation. I think it came out really good.

This site included a blog that was run through the 'Feed Burner' for presentation on the web site.

Adventures of the Heart

Art of the Spark

Mary Zalmanek of Adventures of the Heart has just finished her first book The Art of the Spark: 12 Habits to Inspire Romantic Adventures published by Many Pearls Press. It has been a labor of love for her and now she is ready to use her new eCommerce web site to sell and distribute on-line. Not only is she using a full shopping cart with merchant account, but she is creating community by publishing a monthly eZine newsletter.
The Award Winning Colorado Guy

Heressssssssss Steve
Best Web Site in Colorado Springs GO Magazine's 'BEST OF' Award WINNER

Steve Garufi - Internet personality, lets it all hang out as only Steve can. When Steve, a good friend of mine, said he wanted to do a web site, I had no idea what I was getting my self into :-) He is actually great to work with. He knows what he wants and is willing to spend the time to get it done right!!! I made him a template based Dynamic Content site so he could add all of the fresh content he wanted. Once he reached 140 Megs on my 100 Megs of allocated server space I had to kick him out...
Colorado Guy was born out of necessity. Garufi got frustrated when people couldn't remember how to spell his name and thus unable to reach his site. Colorado Guy was just easy for people to remember...
And WOW - all of that Hard work was rewarded with a complete surprise when the Colorado Springs Gazette selected the site for an award!!! As Steve would say YeeeHaa!!!

This commercial credit card management system processes over $1 Billion in transactions a year. It really pushed my technical skills. I had a great team to work with and we produced some incredible stuff. The two screen shots show some of the more interesting pages I developed. Some of the features on these pages include:
  • Complex dynamic page generation using Java 2 Enterprise Edition (J2EE), Java Server Pages (JSPs), HTML, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and JavaScript;
  • Organization of data and functions accomplished using a tab motif.
  • Complex table layout featuring dynamic rows and columns;
  • Extensive use of CSS styles helped facilitate a consistent look and feel;
  • Pages included multiple states like edit-able or read only;
  • Dynamic calculations and Active Page functionality implemented using JavaScript and the JavaScript event model
Medical Info Management I had the great privilege to work on the EPIC project with the awesome guys at LongHair Technologies Inc and Medical Info Management. We used the Java 2 Enterprise Edition (J2EE) platform and XML as the development environment. I was responsible for the JSPs, CSS and HTML front end work. I also got to write the Java Interface Specifications for the EJBs on the server. According to the Press Release, EPIC is a complete web-based clinical, procedural and device data management solution designed specifically for, and by, an electro physiology practice.
Mountain People Footwear - Is a fun site show casing Handcrafted moccasins. I love the front page layout! Chuck has a nice catalog of products and a good section on craftsmanship.

Junior Zoo Crew Kids fun in the summer. This site was put together by the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo's Summer Junior Zoo Crew. The kids developed all of the content, took the pictures, and wrote the articles. The site isn't 100% complete, the summer just wasn't long enough...
