Magazine “Best Of” Award – Best Web Site, Colorado Springs, 2001. Features include template based design
facilitating owner updates in an easy low-tech format.
· Designed a
simple catalog and informational site for http://MountainPeopleFootwear.com/. Arranged and directed on-location photo
shoot, performed digital photo processing and image effects.
· Created a
dynamic content site for a national professional society, http://www.swe.org/takeoff/. This educational site is geared toward
Junior High School kids. It features a
large library of pre built content articles that are dynamically displayed to
maintain a fresh appearance.

Interface (UI) Development group lead for a major financial institution.
Responsibilities include training, mentoring and technical support for local
and multiple out of state UI development teams. Evaluate Business requirements, create UI specifications
(Visio/Word), define UI detailed design artifacts using Objected Oriented (OO)
Design (Rational Rose), and develop complex functionality using Java Server
Pages (JSP), HTML, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and JavaScript. Led team to an on-time delivery of assigned
tasks for a multi-million dollar commercial credit card management system.

Management ‘pre-product demo’ (J2EE, JSP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript) for a
